It is possible to sell and transfer your ticket to someone else. Please note that it is up to you and the new recipient to work out your own payment method. Just send us the name of the person who will attend in your place. A ticket is only valid for one person and can’t be shared.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of her/his visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. The organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. (Please see www.mae.ro/en/node/2035 for details).
Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card accepted. Debit or credit cards payments are processed by mobilPay, the Company’s partner in payments processing. Communication between the event platform and the processor is secured by a SSL connection and the transmitted data are encrypted. All card information will be processed solely by the payment processor.
Privately tickets and business tickets can be cancelled up to 12 days before the event and cancellation fees have to be paid by the ticket owner. Cancellation fees only cover the commissions generated by the online payments.
