For us, the protection of personal data is of great importance. We hereby want to inform you where and for what purpose we store data.

Personal Data

You can generally use our website without revealing your identity. When you register for a personalized offer on our site, such as the Call for Papers, we will ask for your name, email and other personal details. As a speaker, your profile will be published within the Call for Papers, but we will not publish your email address or phone number. All data is stored on secure servers in Germany. Access is restricted to selected authorized users involved in technical, commercial or editorial support.

For security purposes, website access data is stored on our servers that may permit identification (e.g. your IP address, date, time and pages visited). There is no evaluation of personal data and any statistical analysis of data is anonymous. The data is stored for reasons of data security, in order to ensure the stability and reliability of our system.

We do not share information with third parties, unless required to disclose data to authorities by court order or by law. The purpose of any collection, storage, processing and use of personalized data is limited to the organization and realization of the droidcon Transylvania conference.

Cancellation Rights
